Is my data safe? Where is it stored?

All data for Indian customers is stored on AWS servers in Mumbai (ap-south-1 region). We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your data never leaves India and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Will you ever start charging for the CRM?

The core CRM is free forever — that's not a promotional trial. We may launch optional marketplace services and integrations in future, but your CRM and its features stay free.

Can I migrate my existing data from Excel or another CRM?

Yes. We provide a CSV import tool and a guided migration service for Growth and Enterprise customers. Our team can help you map fields from your existing system. Starter plan users can use the self-service CSV import.

What happens if I cancel?

There's nothing to cancel — you'll never be charged. If you ever choose to stop using Travflex, you can close your account anytime and export everything as CSV/PDF first.
